It is late summer. And in the words of Jimmy Buffett “Sometimes you just need a break. Sometimes we all need a break.”
Yet due to scholastic endeavors and full-time employment a break longer than one day a week just isn’t on the horizon. Your best bet then is ViB (Vacation in a Bottle) pitched as the “Happy Relaxation Drink.” Essentially fruit-flavored soda water, they are available at Fred Meyer. We found these at the Freddy’s on SE 39th and Hawthorne.
Despite the fact that each bottle serves up 60 calories and 15 grams of sugar, my only complaint is that a true vacation should last more then ten minutes. The good news, it is a vacation you will never forget. And it comes in at least 2 flavors, Mango Lime and Pomegranate Berry.
